Jack seat, quick question

Will a Jack Seat that fits on a rx1 fit my 07 apex er? Thanks for the replies, I can't seem to find the answer searching. I am finding 2 different part numbers, but he says it will fit.

If it doesn't say "apex jack" on the seat jack I don't believe it will fit.

It looks like there are two versions of the Apex Jack which the Apex1 fits the 2011 and newer. Probably due to seat height.

There was one for sale on this site, and he claims that it will fit RX or Apex. My guess is the seat is the same, but the rail kit is different. The Universal would fit more than one sled, but you needed to purchase a different rail kit. The different models of the Apex and RX jack may just be the rail kit. They want nearly $90 shipped for a rail kit, so it is no small investment to make it work.

Once installed, they are cool. Not as nice as the 2-up seat that Doo offers their owners, but it works.

I currently have an Apex seat jack for sale in the classifieds. I purchased it for my 2006 RS Nytro and it did fit fine on that sled. With that being said, I do have it for sale as advertized - an Apex seat jack. But it will also fit the older RX-1 type sleds if it has been upgraded to an Apex style seat.

The tunnel design of the Apex, RX-1 and Vector sleds are all the same. The difference is between the seat and the exhaust. The Apex seat jack design is for the larger exhaust design, therefore will also accomodate the smaller exhaust of the earlier Vector models. But I'm not sure the Apex jack will accomodate the earlier seat design of the RX-1 sleds. So ... will the Apex jack bolt up to the tunnel? - Yes for DB1 and DB2 chassis (pretty much everything up through 2010) ... will the Apex jack fit around the seat? - Yes for any of those sleds with and Apex style seat - don't know about the RX-1 style seat.

The one I was looking at is a rx. Only used once, $350. Sounds like a decent deal if it would fit. gade-thraher, I would pick yours up if I lived in the states. I guess I will just keep looking, there are not too many around.

I actually sold my Universal SeatJack to a guy in Canada, I think he was a member here. Shipping was not out of line. I just had to the normal customs paperwork. With the dollar being almost on par, Gade's Apex Jack is a decent deal.

I would buy that one from you Gade for my Apex as I loved the Jack I just sold. We just used it so infrequently, it was hard to justify. Loved it when we did use it though.
