he guys i am seriously thinking about putting the k&n filters on and would like to know if anyone has run a stock motor in the mountains at about 6-7000 ft?
if i could get main jet size, carb spring color, pilots and needle position i would be forever greatfull.
also would you run the evac or the little k&n fiter on the pcv hose??? i'm tempted to say use the little filterand run it facing down so it drains.
the air box and tool box weigh 10 lbs combined a pretty good weight loss if you ask me. with the new battery and the removal of the airbox/tool box it is about a 17lbs weight loss if you put the filters on instead.

I run 160 mains
stock pilots
silver springs
start at 2 turns but may go to 2 1/2
Running filter from ecp as of now no problems
may also need to play with weights in clutch and or springs
my sleds not stock so can't tell you what to do to clutch but bet you will need to add weight to primary.
