Just ordered this Vent kit. Anyone have any experience?
Just worried about the durability of the side panels when laying the sled over. Anything to worry about?
Blew my first belt on the weekend. Top layer delaminitated. Belt lasted 2530 miles. Want my belts to last a bit longer plus keep snow out of the inside.
Been doing lots of boondocking and the vents are always plugged with snow. Cant be getting much cooling that way. Belt blew getting my but whipped by an 800r Gade backcountry.

Do these vents actually screen out the snow?

Hmm link works good for me.
The vents are outerwears material. It is water resistant. Use it on my grizz and can actually completely submerge it and not get water in my air box. So I guess it will keep out snow or here is hoping. Really doing it cause after boondocking all weekend my vents were always covered in snow so not heat was getting out.

You want your belts to last longer than 2500 miles!!? I have never had a belt last 2500 miles.
What does everybody pay for yamaha belts? A local small engines shop gets me them for 65 bucks.
