96 to be exact. It was a lot of work I must say. I made a template so that they line up in a V shape.
I tried them out yesterday and the difference is amazing. Not only the traction is improved but also the cornering.
I am very happy with them.

still have that template??? vector is a 121 right??

Yes, I think I do. I made it from a piece of aluminum, basically a strip with some holes in them.
I am sure it it still in the shop somewhere.

Is the template any different than what you can purchase at most sled and accessories outlets?
I used a Woody's one I believe for my 96 stud pattern(on my XLT) and it worked great.

haha, I didn't even know they were selling them. I thought I was smart.
I am guessing that the ones you buy are fancier and work better compared my version. Like I said, it was just a strip with a couple of holes in it, 4 on each side I think.
I put the strip on the track, mark the outside holes and drill, then move the strip, mark the second pair of holes etc.. pretty basic stuff.
