does anyone make a replacement kill switch? my plastic one broke and the only replacement i can find is the whole throttle assembly?

Do you still have the part that broke off?
I managed to snap my kill switch off with my hand on my 07 RTX (somehow it got hooked on my glove on a very cold day). I carefully took the assembly apart and found out the actual red knob can be removed (and replaced if you can find one).
I used a structural plastic epoxy and glued mine back together while the knob was out. It worked perfectly all season and there is no way anyone can tell.
If you don't have the part, there are some aluminum kill switch knobs being sold somewhere. Search on-line or post on the mountain forums (they tend to break the kill switch more than flatlanders).

just brought my sled to the dealer and set me up with a free one. it you have a good dealer they will do this no problems or questions asked. i know theres not a part number for it , but your dealer just has to make a phone call and can get one without any problems. good luck , alot of people had the same problems as you , i know i did .
