Here's the link: http://vholdr.com/videolist Click on the clip that say's Snowmobiling. The footage is of 6 Apex sleds(2 RTX's, 3 GT's, and 1 Attack GT) We filmed it all in the Greenville/Moose Head Maine region. Gotta love these sleds...lot's of fun! The Johnson's are Dan, Doug, Lenn, and Pete Johnson. Also along for the trip were Craig Peabody and Chuck Geisler. All on Apex's. We used the new VholR wireless camera. Awesome!!

Yes, this was all shot in the Moosehead region. The place we shot the jumps was near an intersection but I wasn't paying attention where. Could have been where you said.

Nice job! You guys ride in Pittsburg? You guys from Mass? My Outdoors and myself should try to get riding together for a Yammi day trip to Twin or lower NH? Doug

Myself and my brothers grew up in the Pittsburg/Colebrook area.(Our parents used to own Timberlands on 1st Lake '73-'80) We have a camp in Pittsburg. We now all live in the Southern NH area. We get together with our friends as much as possible to do these rides. But we mostly ride the Colebrook-Pittsburg area.

out of Colebrook, have you tried the hill climb which used to be a gravel pit on the side of 21? Great views of Dixville Peaks, just watch it , it can get hairy coming down! I'd sometimes rather ride out of Groveton and colebrook than fight the masses up in Pitts. Can't beat the Li Wah for a Scorpion or two. Doug

I think I know where that pit is. But I've never messed around in there.

You guys need to learn how to ride....Just kidding you are freakin nuts....be careful out there. Awsome video, hope to see some more....

Len, I stayed in the cabins in the late 70's. Two or three times next to the main lodge. Loaded the fire place right up sometimes. It gets pretty cold in Pittsburgh. Ride there often. Usually leave from Dummer or the dam on Rt.16.

Nice video..

Its funny how everyones opinion of BIG AIR differs...

We did several 10-15 foot (off the ground) jumps while on the trail in Marquette MI last week.. at over 70mph at times there was close to a 18 foot drop off some of the big rolling hills..

I wish we had a cam corder..

We were there until 1980. You stayed in the cabin known as "Cliffside" That was our biggest(and coldest) Cabin. My parents were the 1st owners of Timberlands to be open for sledders during the winter. Sleddin was still growing back then. Saw lots of sleds from different manufacturers.

Be nice.....I'm 44 and not as brave as I used to be. Crashed hard 2 years ago on my 600 Dragon. (have that on vid also) Sort of ended my big air quest. Besides, these things weigh 650 lbs with fuel. Not very easy to handle in the air. Plus at over $10K a copy...not easy to replace!
