List of error codes for Apex

I read on here recently someone had posted a list of all the error codes for the Apex and what they meant. I cannot find the link to make a copy. Can someone direct me please?

11 and up are error codes.
By the looks of it, 1-10 may be diagnostic checks, not sure.

But this thread makes reference to diagnostic codes 2 and 3.

I helped tow this yamaha out of the bush a couple days ago and the code displayed was #1 I thought he said. It would start then die a minute later. I don't know the fellow so I can't get any further info. Thanks for the help though. I will keep the list in my sled.
