Alright, what am I missing? I cannot get the lock nuts to break free on the front suspension. I have tried a hammer and a flathead screwdriver. I have tried the spanner wrench and they will not budge at all. I tried going both directions. Looking at the pic should it go from right to left to loosen or left to right? Anyone have any ideas?

WD-40 ok to use? I was going from right to left and they will not move. They were dry......

Are you trying to move both nuts at the same time? If you are, just try moving the top nut only. You would loosen it going left to right. Move the top nut toward the rear of the sled on the left shock and toward the front of the sled on the right shock. Clean the area around the nuts with an old tooth brush to remove dirt and lube with WD40 or similar lube. Good luck! :o| :4STroke:

This may be obvious, but be sure to take the weight off the shock by jacking the sled in the air and it will adjust a lot easier.
