M7 or M8 AC Suspensions ?

I have a 2003 RX1 Mtn, I'm looking for a recent 2007, 08-09 AC suspension.
Witch one is the best for a 159 in. track mod (year and model) ?

I want an easy mod and figure out to be able to use the existing holes in the front.

Another question : Witch light seat is the best : Boos, Mountain Mod, or something else ?
