Have an 04 & 05 Warrior, each has about 5000 miles on it. The W arms on the suspensions have been beefed up but the rest of the sleds have not been touched. (gas and go What a great concept!!!). Plan on doing some maintenance this summer and from what I have read on here I plan on doing the following.

1. Olite bushings in front end
2. Check exhaust doughnuts and replace if necessary
3. New bearings on drive shaft and jack shaft
4. New bushings in suspension
5. Replace springs in clutch and secondary

While I have these things torn down is there anything else I should be checking or replacing? Would rather do it when it is warm and I am not loosing riding time.

This past summer i replaced all my bearings and bushings(plan on doing the olite bushings in the bulkhead, stock has top much play). As for other things to check you may want to coat the wires that run under the toolbox in the front of the sled with plastic wire armor(wires chaf on the bulkhead and short out). Also check the condition of the vent line hose.Mine was leaking so i installed a new line. Also rebuilded the shocks in the front and back, made a world of difference in mine(except the rear shock in the warrior, had to do a custom job on mine because its not rebuildable).
