Trying to get my clutching figured out, have a shockwave helix, purple seonday spring (in 1,0) a blue pink blue primary spring and 91g weights, ive tried changing the primary springs, tension on the secondary, and different angles with the shockwave, my issues seem to be if i get the rpm im looking for ( top end around 10,500 is what im aiming for) i lose my top end speed, if i get it running around 10,000 i gain top end, the belt is showing no sign of slipping, and clutches are running just warm, can easily hold onto them with a bare hand after a hard run. i would like to do away with the shockwave and buy a "regular" helix, but im wondering what i should go with, and also if anyone might be able to help out with figuring out why when i gain rpm, i lose speed. it doesnt make sense to me. thanks alot.
