Hi, what the best way to get the ohlins ec shock out of my 06 GT I want to send it out for a revalve, I searched and only came up with taking out the whole skid don't want to do that. Thanks

Undo the top bolt, then undo the bottom bolt. If you gave your sled on a lift, have a little upward force underneath the track, forcing up the skid. Then unplug the EC wire connector and slide the shock out. It's real easy. No need to remove the skid unless you want to do Beef Up Kit to it or check skid bushings. Good luck.

seems I was able to do it by undoing the limiter strap. put a block of wood under front of track to take off the tension. take the strap bolts out and then raise the skid off the ground. the suspension will be able to expand and reducing the preasure on the shock mounts.
