I plan on installing my monoshock rear next week and am without a shop manual, so I did a search on this site and this is what I came up with for some of the torque specs:

Front Arm to tunnel: 52 ft-lbs
Rear Arm to tunnel: 62 ft-lbs
Idler Wheels: 52 ft-lbs

Does this sound correct? 52 on the idlers seems a bit extreme.

Another question: what is the correct torque spec for the rear shock bolts and how about the front suspension A-arms and shocks (I'll keep this as a reference for when I have to replace the front suspension bushings and get the shocks rebuilt).

I have the 06/07 CD manual. I will try and check the torque specs for you tonight if I dont get distracted. If you dont hear back from me tomorrow, send me a reminder. G.B.

Thanks GB! I just got my shock back from Carver today so will be good to go later this week!

Here you go, torque specs...

Thanks apltx08! You are so good! Do you have the shop manual? They are $75 now and I was told that Yamaha no longer makes a CD version.

This chart should be part of the sticky in the Apex FAQ section!

Metallicat, It looks like you are all set. In the future, if you need something that is not covered by the Apex manual and want to see if it is on my 06/07 RS manual, drop me a line. G.B.
