mounting 136 in 121 tunnel

How do you detemine the height of the mounting point when mounting a 136" suspension in a 121" tunnel? I want to mount this as high in the tunnel and still have clearance for studs. Obviously I will need different mounting brackets. The suspension is 136" Mountain Max 1999 and tthe mounting points are further back from stock location.

Be specific. What sled/year are you installing into? Track lug height of original sled? Lug height of acceptor sled?
