Well - they started today -landowners are blocking the trails in Muskoka according to:

I hate when land owners take it out on the ofsc and snowmobilers over pollitics that dont involve snowmobiling!! for example around my home of norwich the tobacco farmers are not alowing snowmobile trails on their land because "the canadian government is screwing them on tobacco issues" (nothing to do with the OFSC!!!) we are just cought in the middle and it sucks!!
