:twisted: I spent 4 hours on the lake last weekend . beat the following 800 xcr,mach z, zr 800, f7,viper,zrt 800,and rev 800.the zr 900 is about dead even with me though. i have the pioneer clutch kit ,mbrp pipe and 144 1.175 modified carbides.i can`t wait to add the ecp filters.i must say i surprised alot of people with my supposedly slow tank ha ha.
 

HEHE slow tanks we had our 04 Rx-1 out last weekend to ride stock only 250 miles on it i would say right now it would take most of them sleds you listed but it still wont take my srx and that ripsaw hooks up srx and rx are dead even up to 100 and my srx has 196 studs rx is stock no studs that torque it has feels like it would go way faster but then the srx sails by it and keeps on going its a very nice machine glad soemone else feels the same way we do people saying it is slow haha boy are they in for a suprise when they pull up next ta ya lol
 
I hate to be repitisious, but why don't you hotdogs win a sanctioned race. I hear all these stories about beating everything, but when there is a sanctioned race the 600 firecats, and 600HO skidoos can beat the RX!'s. Not to mention the 700's. There's plenty of Ice drags, and radar runs going on. Let's see you mentioned in snow week. Post a picture of your RX1, and the trophy you won. better yet, tell Hackers, and Hauwk how to win a race with an RX1.

I have heard several posts saying a 600, or 700 kicked their butt, and wonder why some of you are so much faster.

Why are so many RX1 owners going to the turbos, if they are so fast?

lol, turbo if you can afford it go for it. nitrous 2. and yes the rx1 can be beat by 600's, in a short race. come on. awsome sled. im going to have to level and reseed my yard next spring. everytime i nail the gas, i find dirt. lol
 
I had no trouble waxing any stock 800 last year. Same thing every week end...out climbed them and out run them. Not saying I can beat everything out there, I never ran a drag race against a Cat 900, but I put his marks to shame on the big hills. The 900 is only 143 horse...

I raced a few XCRS and lost. That is a pretty tough sled to topend. Neither one was stock though. Ofcourse that was last year. Now this year.....Mine isn't stock either. :twisted:

The average JOE doesnt have a clue how to tune a sled or wants to modifiy it thats how the RX does so well against the average joe... When you start talking about PRO and sanctioned races... Those guys have ALOT of tricks up there sleeves... You can makethose slower sleds DAM quick..

But guess what.... Most people are JUST AVERAGE JOES!!! :D

Most of the guys that buy the big Iron have a pretty good idea how to tune.
 
Win a sanctioned race who said sanctioned race he said he was on the lake having fun not trying to be the king of the lake but having a good time.He just posted what he did on the lake and he sounded happy with the way his sled is running.Hehe

I don't care who wins a race at the track.I don't race for trophys.I get my satisfaction beating guys that trail ride just like me.My little 98 SRX 600 sent a lot of bigger sleds home with their tails between their legs.Some guys just can't make a sled take off.In a short race it's all in the hole shot.I hope the Warrior is as much fun.
