need help dealer can't figure out

I don't think anybody said this, but if ONE dealer has the problem with 4 machines, doesn't anybody think that this is a little ODD?? :o|

all spark plugs have been replaced carbs have been apart and sync. about 6 times. i was told that the end of the needle was plastic or rubber don't remember but should not have hurt anything. and the carbs from a shorty to a warrior are different 03 to 04 are different so he tells me

also, maybe try an ohms check on the tps while slowly opening throttle.
i had a truck that had one on it that showed good in a resistance test but had a spot on it at 1/4 throttle where it must have been dirty or coroded in one spot and would go open. on either side of it it would run fine.

another check would be between the slide and the plate that clamps it to the diaphram. not sure how these ones are hooked but on a polaris(crap)sportsman i had this was attached with a plastic rivot melted together. it loosend up over the years and sometimes would loose vaccum and cause weard idle and drivablilty problems. took me forever to find it.
just a thought or two

Bad spark plug wires. If you don't really tonk the plug wires down on the plugs they will gap along get hot and then cause a failure in the wire, EVEN when the plugs are changed. Change all the plug wires with new plug connection boots and see if the problem goes away.

U.P. Dealer told me this one. I assume he has seen and fixed this one already.
