Last year I went out to Togwotee with my stock 05. I changed clutching, gears and did touch the jetting. It ran fair and I was getting stuck way to easy (6'4" 230lbs). So this year I made some updates,Hartman ext.,16x159x2, wahl drivers, glasspack exhaust, nitro seat is coming and planning on doing rider forward. My question is what should I for airbox (if anything),and jetting? Is there anything else I should do? I'm in MI and want to have it done right before we go back out there in mid Feb. Thanks for any replys.

You should notice a big improvement with that track. IMO I'd make sure I was clutched so my RPM's sat between 10800 and 11000 stand my feet back a bit and let 'er rip. Softer secondary spring will help it not to dig in so fast when you let off on throttle. A set of Holtzman carb springs for the elevation range you are riding will give a quicker throttle response so you can feather it as you churn through the steep and deep. An MBRP pipe will help you to hear what you are doing better and will also help you to feather the throttle better.
Tall enough riser block so you can comfortably jump up and maneuver. Left hand throttle so you can get your weight from side to side.
Of course I'm just a short fat guy on a big heavy sled so whadda I know?? 5' 10" 265lbs.

Airbox!!!! Did you say airbox???? You have four choices. Leave the stupid, heavy, thing on. Spend some more bucks and throw on some cool looking K&N's, mess with your carbs and bask in the imaginary performance increase. Throw on a lightweight, cheap, easy, albiet ugly, airbox substitute like we do ( http://www.ty4stroke.com/viewtopic.php?t=34170 ) Plug in the intercooler.

OK if I do the ugly air box, what size jets for 8500ft and up? Anything else need to be done to the carbs?

Not sure about jetting, but it should be the same as stock. We rode in McCall, Id ( I think it is pretty high there) last year and had to drop our needles to the position with the clip one notch below the top. Rides fine here (2500-6000ft) also.
