Need help inconsistant spark

Hi I am new to this sight wondering if someone can help with my concerns.

I just bought a used sled in spring of 2019
07 vector ER RS90
12,000 kms
I had this problem last year when cold out fowled plugs
thought it was over fueling on the carbs
Had carbs clean and synced at Yamaha shop
From 0 c to -20 c no problem


Random spark to ground strap, sometimes discharges to side of plug and not to ground strap ,on 1 plug
Running on two cyls
isolate coils when cold unplug listen for drop in RPM
Check it the next day and its a different coil and plug???

Symptoms:

1] cold start fowled plugs (minus 20c )
2] with battery booster on it definitely turns over fast enough.
3] check spark plugs
One plug side discharging, another plug weak spark still going to ground strap and the other a strong spark
4] repositioned plugs and coil configuration (problem did not follow coils or plugs relocation)
5] Brought sled into heated garage let it warm up after 6 hours it runs fine
6] Go for a ride it runs great

Tested:
1] Battery 12.6 static
2] Battery 15.5 dynamic
3] Spark plugs tested 5.3 to 6.1 Ohms { 6 plugs total used 6.1 Ohms plugs as a set ]
4] Coils tested 2 Ohms each
5] Stator tested 20 Ohms each leg to each other zero Ohms to ground each leg
6] Crankshaft sensor static test 120 Ohms [ not sure if I'm testing this right or should I be back probing it with a volt meter ]

Any info would be greatly appreciated
