Hello! I am building a impulse nytro xtx with 144x15x2 track, 19/39gearing and 9 tooth drivers and 12 psi boostpressure.
and i need some advice on how to set up the clutches.
I have supertip weights, blue/white/blue spring for primary, a shockwave and a red spring for secondary that paul at impulse sent me.
what angle on the shockwave? preload on secondary spring? and how to set up the supertips?
I just need some start up advices.

Didnt you get a setup sheat from Paul?
Try this:
Shockwave at 1 and a half turn out.
Red spring wound to 3-0
Put two tungstens on the supertips. One in the heel and one in the middle. On opposite sides so that they balance the weight. Then you may need to add washers at the tip depending on boost and elevation.
Maybe two or 4 washers to start with.
