Hmm interesting look pretty stout but holy $$$$. For $120.00 I can buy a lifetime supply of the regular. My graphites with no extra wheels and a tight track are going strong at 2000mi.

As I've come to find out, these sliders are made for fully clipped tracks for max potential. I infer that to mean they will not last to their full piotential for a lot of the tracks that are not fully clipped. The Vespel material will slide across the metal clips and not get hot and not wear. But the rubber may be an entirely different issue. As many including myself still have stock track (stock track on my Attak anyways) that is not clipped, they won't work as well. Oh well, I'm also really interested in hearing reviews on these sliders.

I always get a full season out of the Yamaha graphite high performance slides. At $17 each I can change these three times for the cost of the Dupont version.
Since I pull my skid every year for maintenance it is no big deal to simply change the slides every year anyway.
I can not see why anybody would spend the money on the Dupont version unless there was a noticeable performance gain.
