I have another friend who had a 08 shorty last year and a 09 xtx this season and he said the same thing. He was seeing higher numbers on the speedo of the xtx.

Geez and all this time I thought I had a fast one or maybe one make for a dealer rep;)
 
Still hitting 107 mph with mine. Conditions are a little testy right now. We have been getting nailed with so much snow lately it's hard to get on a packed trail. Still have about 2' on top of the 3' of hard packed we still have. Timmins, Ontario is a great place right now!
