Has anyone tried that rear suspension conversion kit to a float??
Rear suspension on my MTX to soft... I also seen x-click?? Is that much better than oem one's???

Thank's

I want to try this conversion kit, and according to Nextech I will be very satisfied. But the cost seems out of line still, if it was slightly less it would be a no brainer.

Well a TS is about $1,700 US plus shipping and the Nextech $699 CAD (approx $555 US) so it makes it a interesting option. I just wish there was more feedback out there on them.

I have the X-Click billet adjuster blocks on the rear torsion springs of my 08 RTX shorty and I find they provide much better preload than the stock blocks. I only have mine on the 3rd of 4 settings and they are already stiffer than the stock Hard position. I highly recommend them for the $50 ;)!

Hey guys
I'm new to the site and to Yamaha. Well not really I had a 82 Bravo back in the day. Too long to remember.
I just got a 08 Mtx for a steel and love it, but find the rear really soft compared to my Cat. Are there any good ideas to stiffin up the rear end. I'm not looking for anything outrageous as I am not a real agressive rider.
Thanks
