Ninth Ton starting...

I'm going to fill up a couple of 5 gal cans with 110 tomorrow. I'll mix it 50/50 with premium until I get this thing dialed in. Here's a photo of Ben on our $6500 turbo, "on the grass". It was dark last nite when I ran it. I'll try to get some video this weekend.

Kachess: I changed my oil yesterday and noticed my center lug of my 159X2 had a nice round look to it that matched the exaust tube! Do any of your sleds with holtz skid have the same thing? might be from trail and low snow conditions while getting to the hills, but I have ice scratchers. Or might be high track speed when climbing with turbo 70+. Or do I need to adjust the skid to reduce ballooning of track?
Frosty did your old track show signs of this ?

I think our's hit the muffler at times. I have also noticed a rub mark on some of the sled's tracks. It does'nt seem to damage the track and Idon't want ot drop the suspension. We live with it. The track hitting the rear tunnel castng is more of an issue. If our suspensions are too soft that happens and it will stop the track dead. Also does a job on the casting.

when I installed my holtz I trimmed the casting piece you are talking about ( the one that protects the cooling tube) I'll see if I can take a pic and learn how to load on sight. So you have your holtz mounted in the hole closer to the tunnel in the drop down bracket?
