No spark 2007 apex

There is no spark on my apex. The coils have 12V when trying to start but the negative wire is not pulsing for a spark. swaped ECU,Volt reg, cam sensor. tested coils, crank sensor. Im missing out on the winter and I have a feeling im really over looking somthing here.

No start

Cam sensor controls fuel injectors so that's not it. Crank sensor triggers spark. I'd double check that sensor is good. Do you have continuity from coil wire clips signal all the way to ecu. Possible bad ground somewhere??

Ive seen the harness rub though and ground to the bulk head near the voltage reg.
