Not Starting

I have a 2006 Apex RTX that has trouble starting. Turns over just can't hear the fuel pump kick on. Added heat to the trailer and within twenty minutes the sled turned over. Anyone has ideas....or anyway to prevent this????

There are relays on the left foot well side. Sometimes you can tap on the relay to make it work.

I think it happends because the fuel is freezing and you need to add heat to it when putting fuel in.
