Bump! Thanks for the find Tookes. Its more than just a bumper. It would help with the long wide boards in the deep stuff since it removes the rear portion of them.

No problem, I'm one fo the guys that call Mike at BDX about this for the Nytros.

I mentioned to Mike about maybe creating two different running board supports, being a lot of us are changing out the stock drop brackets to aftermarket ones and most aftermarket brackets are really close to the same width so one aftermarket size should work just fine and being that they are smaller that stock ones, we can cut even more of the tunnel off. My thoughts anyway.
I want to get rid of those wide ugly runningboards on my shorty.
But i guess i wont se a kit like this for trail sleds!
Pictures gave me some ideas for doing some mods on my own though.
Looks like a great product!

If the running board width is the same or close you could, you just would have to cut the new bumper shorter. IMO

yep, after i understood more so what is involved, this sounded a whole helluva lot better...than just a bumper.
i don't like the squared bumper...but could probably live with it.. just a lot easier to hook bunjies and straps and such from a rounded bumper.

Runningboards are the same all the way up to where the extention mounts.Tookes said:If the running board width is the same or close you could, you just would have to cut the new bumper shorter. IMO
But i need them to be narrower in front of that to.
It is going to be interesting to see what the finished kit for a nytro looks like. Maybe i can make it work.

wide boards are nice, but they went a lil overboard. as did VE on some of there older hillclimber tunnels. i really liked the feel of the rev boards.. wide enough to move around good, and still not super wide to cause too much additional 'hanging up' issues.
