I have a vector motor in a rev chassis and the way I wanna do the IC is not making it easy to pull the carbs and change the jets. I am thinking it would be slick to run a nytro fuel injection setup.
Couple Questions:
1. Do you think it would work, why or why not?
2. What controller should I use? Boondocker, pl, attitude?
3. How much boost can the stock injectors handle?

You would be better off using an aftermarket fuel system, as the Vector motor is not setup for the sensors the Nytro motor needs to run the EFI.
if you found a way to mod the motor to get the proper sensors on there, then yeah the Nytro EFI would work fine. But I would think it would cost more than it would be worth!

Snow to air
QV, Do you think a snow to air intercooler would be a good idea? And what is a good way to make a snow to air IC? I just do not have room fo the air to air where I want to put it? I was thinking of putting it in the nose but unsure about having the extra piping.

I think the snow to air intercooler is a good Idea. As for how to build it, I am still coming up with different Ideas, You want as much surface area as you can get, with good flow and good strength. get that worked out and you will have a good cooler.
I would not be too worried about extra plumbing, as long as you have the system designed good, the extra plumbing should not hurt any throttle response.
Here are a couple pics of the one I built for my Yama-Doo
