Guys
Looking for the inside dimension in inches of the Nytro tunnel. Checking to see what the clearance would be for a 16" track

I am running one on my MTX. There is some grinding involved and I used a combination of countersunk screws and flush rivets inside the tunnel so if my track rubbed it wouldn't matter.

Would the 16" clear the stock rivits, when the track is centered up?
Do you think it would rub on the stock rivits if they were ground down, when using the stock skid?
Not sure how much the track walks side to side. I was thinking a guy could adjust the driver spacing on the axle shaft slightly to reduce track end play on the drive axle. That is if rubbing is an issue.
When I put a 16" wide in my Viper, I was able to get away with just grinding down the stock rivits to "first step". However I'm pretty sure the Viper tunnel is wider then a Nytro tunnel.

It will be fine with the stock rivets. I have an Expert-X and due to the amount of sideplay in the suspension I had to make the inside of the tunnel flat so when the track rubs it doesn't hurt anything.

I'm thinking a XTX with a 16" 144" Camo extreme would make a good mountain sled. We get a lots of snow in the mountains here, but not so much deep bottomless powder. So even though it's mountain riding, you can get around good with a 144" track.
I'm a boondocker mostly, and like tight turning sleds. Thats why I'm looking at a XTX. You get the new front end, the good shocks, and new tunnel. Just swap the track, skis and add a mountain bar!
