Well good ,entertaiment........but that dragster looks a bit tame IMO. In fact it kind of looks like an informercial for Hauck Powersports. Pat hasn't changed much. He says they built that exhaust right in house. Well I remember the Hauck Hushers, etc. that he told me were built in house too that have been made by such makers like Simons CPR, AAEN, etc. And we know about the dream-o-meter. Yeh, 129mph on the dreamola, but they never said anything about a radar........so ya bolt on all those expensive parts, get out the calculator and you have 150HP...........hmmmm....OK!!
Not trying to sound negative, just calling it as I see it. Pat's had some good things over the years and some .....hmmm.... I just am too seasoned to bite on all the sales pitch.

I afraid I must agree here, a few bolt-on items and 129mph. right, why wouldn’t they show the time slip or the board? Notice how that sled hopped out of the hole, suspension wasn’t set up properly either. If that rail did run 168mph or so in the quarter like they said at the beginning it would have blown by him at ¾ track. Hauck does know his stuff when is comes to sleds and asphalt, so why mislead, oh yes infomercial. Wonder how much Yamaha paid him for that?

I believe that's what the dreameter read.My 05 vector use to run between 122-124mph on the dreameter on aspahlt. So adds ome more hp sounds about right.

I know that's correct on the speedo, but the average Joe that watches that wouldn't know that, that's why it's misleading, they should be straight up with it and say that it was running at 112mph on the timers.pro116 said:hlmrx1 said:I afraid I must agree here, a few bolt-on items and 129mph. right,

Pat is a decent guy. I know him better than most here. Just pointing out the obvious.
