Changed my oil and filter had a slight oil smell the first ride and fine since, but there was some oil after that ride onthe floor in the trailer! Where did it overflow or leak from? Thanks

Did you make sure that the other ring off the old oil filter came off? Lots of people have done this. Put the new filter right over top of the old filter ring.

If it's not leaking from the oil filter, then it could have dumped some oil into the air filter box, which then drains down to the belly pan. I hope it's the latter.

If you overfilled the tank it will puke some oil out the vent tube, which ends in the air box. This oil runs out the bottom of the air box and will pool in the skid plate. From there it'll drip on to your trailer deck.
Remember to check your oil level with the filler cap setting on the upper surface of the tank, not screwed in.

Only to your trailer deck.
If you pull the top body panel you'll probably see oil down the front of the motor and around the intake port to the air box too. As long as you have the proper amount of oil in the tank now and the leak has stopped, you're all good. For good measure pull the chain case side panel to confirm there's no oil below the tank. I believe the cracked tank was an issue with some '06 sleds.

X2 - but I think guys were having issues with the connection at the bottom of the oil tank seperating from the tank itself also.

If you were cautious about you o-ring then you prolly overfilled it! Dealer did it to mine when I let them do the first service!!
No harm at all just makes a mess!! Siphoned some out with a syringe and took airbox apart and cleaned it up and cleaned front of the motor and the belly pan. Couple of hours cleaning and sipping whiskey and were back out on the snow!!
