Checked all the ground blocks. They all were fine. My brother in law came back over yesterday. Still says its a bad gauge pod. Have my buddy coming over tonight with his from his sled, and going to plug it in and see. More to follow. If the pod coming over tonight lights up, I have no idea what the problem is.
I have a bad gauge pod. Hooked up my buddy's, and no light. My brother in law was right. Should have never second guessed him, dude is wicked smart.

very strange for that to fail while doing an oil change?? There must be more to this story.
The only other things I did was, I left the key on by mistake all summer and it killed the battery. Bought a new battery, and changed the spark plugs. It obviously had to get a surge or shorted somehow. I'm stumped too.
