I just finished installing the WMS gauge and Bosch LSU 4 sensor(the one that is suppose to last longer with leaded fuel) on my APEX Mt. The sensor is located about 2 or 3 inches ahead of the muffler.
After I started the sled, the red indicator light blinked for 20 or so seconds then the display showed the A/F. However, the indicator light on the gauge is solid red instead of green. According to the info with the gauge, that means that either the sensor is defective or it's too cold or hot. I tried to run the sled on a track jack thinking that might warm it up. But no change.
I was hoping that someone might have had some experience with this setup and problem. Thanks in advance for any help. Zane

Mine does the exact same rode it all day no probs. If you leave it idle it will start to flicker green but riding its always red.

Same here no problems until I rolled it no it doesnt work. 400 miles or so.

Thanks guys for the info. I wonder if it has something to do with where the O2 sensor has to be mounted? I assume the the readings are correct even though the status indicator is red instead of green. Zane

WMS O2 Sensor

Your issue sounds familiar and I have still not been able to sort mine out.
The first kit I got the red light came on showing power, then a solid red light with no reading.
Shannon @ WMS sent out a second kit to me as he thought the guage might be bad. Now when I start the sled I get power light, then a flash showing all the readout lights then a green light and then a reading of 12.34 then it cycles all over again.
My issue is that the reading of 12.34 never changes. I can ride then change the MPI controller and the guage always reads 12.34...???
Anyone out there have any thoughts?
