OFSC is reporting the e108 trail from Lindsay up through Fenelon Falls is open, which is really odd because it's in terrible condition. There hasn't been any real new snow and speaking to my dad who lives directly off the trail it's just mud and stone still.
On top of that, the trail has suddenly changed from last weekend. It looks like it no longer goes in a straight line up along Cameron Lake through Burnt river. Now it takes a sudden right on concession 3 with a side trail that sorta goes up to Burnt river but doesn't really seem to connect back up. What's up with that? Property owner shut it down?
If find the open trail the most baffling though, especially since all other trails in the area are closed.

Not too sure what is going on? Definitely strange that its green and not just yellow, there is nothing else open in the area.
Landowners change all the time, trails change all the time, especially if it is in a populated area. That is most likely the case.

- A guy I know rode the rail line yesterday and said it was decent, but will probably not last the weekend.
- I saw his pictures, and it was far from "mud & stone".

Ok that's good.
Dad must have been looking at a particularly bad spot or just exaggerating a bit.

FYI,
looks like the ofsc site updated. The missing section I was talking about seems to be back. I guess it was a clerical error.

A large section of the B trail in Pembroke was missing as well yesterday.
