OTIS shoot out date, poll being taken for date in Feb

I have yet to set a offical date for this years Shoot-out/Run what ya brung event.

I am seeking input as to the best date for the majority.
Either Feb. 12 or 19!

I will tally the totals and advise date.
It will also serve as an indicator of interest and potential addendees.
