So I had my first header pipe crack I beilieve due to ice coming loose and hitting the header. I have a couple questions, can I keep the PC 5 programmer, air box lid mod with 3" hole also drilled at the bottom of the air box and my clutching the matches the described mods and reinstall the stock header and muffler ? Also if I install a tunnel block off plate attached to the tunnel protectors should I go the full length covering the header or leave the header exposed for cooling ?

I'm guessing hindle? How many miles before it broke?
I would take off your pc5, it will do thing to help other then burn more fuel since it's setup for the full exhaust. You will need to re clutch and can keep the air box on. This is exactly what I just did.

If you do a tunnel block off you only need go as far as the collector. This way you have ice build up prevention, header and can protection and still have some cooling for the header. Works slicker than snot on a door knob..
