phazer turbo help

i finally got ever thing fixed i think just got a few question one thing is there i lot of steam coming out on the radiator and out the steering steam hole and i lose two lbs of boost when everything gets hot i haven't moved tthe air filter out yet hopping that fixes that. one more thing does any one have problems with oil return line for turbo under the jackshaft rubbing through

If your riding around in any snow at all moving the airfiter out from the seat will help alot.

X2 on moving the air filter. If your retun line is rubbing on moving parts I would try to fix that before it drains your oil & your bank account...
