I don't know what happened here but I put in the clutch kit and now I can only hit 105 on the speedo. My friends RTX smoked me and I can usually pull away with ease. My sled never has problems hitting 115 on the dreamo. RPM seem to be in the right spot. I suspect either the Primary is not closing or secondary not closing enough. Any ideas? I will put stock clutch back unless it is a simple fix.

i would contact bruce and ask him what he thinks. what hole did you set your secondary spring at? and did you change your rivets in the weights? if your secondary is to tight then it will be harder to open. also check your plastic sliders on the secondary helix. what are you shifting out at on the tach? i have his clutch kit also, but i havent really tested it out(lack of snow). but i stay between 10,500-10,700 through out the shift. you might have to fine tune to elevation and your weight.

There were some other issues with my sled. Leaking exhaust for one. Next, the drive axle bearing was shot. Third, I has an idler wheel that was ceased.
Put it all together and I think I had excessive drag on the drive line.!

yeah those will make a big difference. gett er fixxed and post back with results. as we still have not enough snow to ride, so i still cant play
