Anyone try these yet? Found them on their website while i was looking around. I don't really have a picture of them and neither does the website but we got a set in the shop today. They are kind of a mix between the stock bracket (that came on my nytro mtx for the front and middle idler wheels) and the marginal snow wheel kit from yamaha. They moved the hole down the bracket to gain 2.5mm same as using a bigger wheel. Let me know if anyone has any experience with these....thanks.

www.pioneerperformance.net is the website under rear suspension.

this by the way is on their website....not my words. And this kit will fit on my nytro mtx, not sure about xtx or rtx.

We tested larger wheels last season, but because of the increased load of the one mounting point of the standard wheel block the rails started cracking. This lead us to develop a spacer kit to move down the stock wheels 2 ½ millimeters (same a 5 millimeter oversize wheel) for greatly improved hyfax life. To get the reliability needed, the spacer uses the stock mounting point, and also an extra mounting point lower on the rail for increased strength. The kit comes with 6 spacers to move down the stock wheels, along with mounting hardware. Four holes must be drilled for mounting, the spacer acts a template for locating the mounting hole. Fits all Apex '06-'09 (except '07 & newer RTX), '06 Vector (w/reverse) and all '07-'09 , Attak (LTX), ’05 RX-1, & ’06 Rage.

I've used them the last two seasons on two of my sleds. No problems or isssues at all with them.

I was looking to increase hyfax life and that's exactly what they do. There's a few options out there to increase hyfax life and IMO this is one of the better ones.

Just replace the stock mounting blocks with these, carefully drill the extra mounting hole and you're pretty much good to go.

My brother bought his 07 attak with them already installed and rode all last season. Those in combination with metal pads on all the unlcliped windows made slider wear almost non existant

they will not accept aftermarket wheels because of circlip. huge oversight
They WILL work with Yammi spoked wheels with replaceable bearings. You can only put them on one way but they do clear the circlip.

You have to just remove a little material from the top of the mount and they will work with any wheel , no big deal .They do work as advertised.

I made my own retrofit for the small wheels which has the same effect as the pioneer kit. It works great. I can get well over 5000 miles on a pair of hyfax slides. Try it, you will be happy. The kit lowers the wheels to take pressure off of the hyfax.

I've got a set (6) coming. I'm sure it'll help out a lot. I'll post some pics when they show in case no one has seen em. Thanks for the info guys!

Which way? I believe the proper way is circlip out.

i put a set on my rtx and a set of yamaha spoked wheels and the cir-clip has to go in towards the rails.

That sucks, so you have to put the wheel on backwards, not sure I like that.
