the only bad thing about going to Port was your drive thru Chicago!!! even if you take 355 out and around. i love going to Wisconsin its just that I HATE NW indiana and NE Illinois.

Yes you got to love Chicago. We got lucky flew right through the loop at 75mph. Traffic was not bad at all.
Just a long day of driving since we went to our cabin in Mancelona after picking it up.
It was worth it, got a few rides in. Snow was not great but had enough to ride, hopefully more by this weekend

They are great but make sure you order enough stuff to cover what they hammer you for on shipping.
Example: Ordered 2 stocking hats for my boys, total $22...+$12 shipping.

I just finished placing an order threw them for a new suit and I've purchased other parts from them before, great prices and it was worth my time to go threw them instead of the dealership in town

I called them last season.
My buddy hit a rock and took out his entire chain case.
He took it to a crappy dealer in N.H. the dealer said parts were backordered and he would be without a ride for over a month.
I contacted Port, they had some of the parts in stock but not all. the parts guy at Port did a search for me and located the 2 parts we needed at another dealership in a different state. I called the other dealer got both sets of parts shipped red to the dealer in N.H. and we were back up and running.
Most dealers in this area (MA/NH) stink for service. i wish port would open a dealership near me!!
i now use them for ALL my parts needs

I agree with what everyone has to say about Port. Kevin gives the best customer service of any dealership I've ever been to. And the best part of all....I live about 10 miles at most from them and they're basically on the way to and from work for me!!! Can't be any better than that.

i have placed a few orders with them now, and always been pleased

i actually just got off the phone with kevin. when ssomething is bckordered, they contacted me within a day, even between the holidays! made a quick switch and my new tank bag is on its way.

I have bought lots of car parts from various vendors over the years, with little to no communication. Port has been great. Nothing is worse that placing an order with a vendor, and not hearing anything back for extended periods of time leaving you with doubt that things are on the level.

Port Yamaha is certainly one of the good guys out there.

They shipped my XTX within 3 days of purchase to Metro Airport. Some local dealers well.......not so much.
