Any grease goes a long ways! I service/grease all my chassis bearing every season.
Have a sled in the shop here that wasn't ever serviced/greased and at 5000 miles took out the bearing, caliper, brake disc, shaft and ground into the chassis!
If you grease them they go what seems forever.

Here's what happens when guys never do maintenance. This is a TCat I had in my shop a while ago. You'd think he'd of heard/felt it grinding!!
Shaft was toast, ruined the caliper housing too. Lucky it didn't lock up at speed.
