This may be a silly question but can you replace rollers without removing primary and breaking it down? seems like you can but thought i should inquire. bring on the snow.

I just checked on replacement rollers through partzilla. Am I reading it right, are they $72.ea?

Yes but good aftermarket options are cheaper. Thunder and G-Force seems popular here.

And the hits just keep on comin' lol.
I have a funny feeling this coming off-season is going to be costly. That's, if I make it without incident. Oh well....

Who normally goes with the bigger (15.8) rollers, Mountain guys? What is the rationale behind it?
provides a higher engagement and little more rpm at part throttle I noticed. Can also use for tuning bigger weights. 15.6 seems to work well on my winder

I've put sets of the Gforce in some machines, I can't give much feedback yet as I'm waiting for those sleds to accumulate miles.
They are less money than Yamaha.

The Gforce rollers are the only rollers that would last in my stock winder primary. All others would be pooched in a weekend.

Good to hear.
I have no idea why Yamaha made room for a wider roller, and then didn't use it....?
WTF
