Is the air fuel gauge working properly?
How does the sled run? It would run like garbage and pop and stutter, possibly already blown a head gasket if you were really running 15.2 - 16 range. Your controller they way it is now probably has your injectors maxed out. You can try turning either the red up or the green blue up. Red is full throttle higher rpm, and the green blue is your boost/fuel ratio.

First i would like to thank you for you response. the sled seems to be running fine these are not my settings just the order of the coulour of the led's on my fuel controller. it does pop a bit if i go down a hill slowly sound like an exuast without baffles it pulls good when its -20. i am also having code 30 when i approach stop signs but i can start the sled right back up and continue like normal until the next stop sign my top speed is 180kms per hour or so is this normal or should it be faster. when i cruse at 75 or 80 kms per hour my a/f is at 16 i let of a bit then it goes down to 13.4 13.1 in that area. i will post my current setting when i go to my sled. and again thanks for your input.

IF your sled is 15-16 afr at WOT I would not hold it there, thats way to lean. I would confirm that your wideband is reading correctly before any more riding.

If your exhaust is popping when youre coming to a stop, you either need exhaust donuts, or have a cracked exhaust, or possibly both. This exhaust leak is possibly why you are gettting crazy lean numbers on the gauge. Whats your a/f ratio at idle?
The code 30 is another issue, oil pressure sensor or something thats shutting the motor off.

the exhaust popping can also be the tune. My buddies Nytro had some weird numbers and found all three of his flex joints were broken.

i will check that out makes sense for sure i never thought of that. i brought my sled to my local dealer to investigate the code 30. my air fuel is 14.7 to 15.1 at idle. What is a good way to check the gauge for a/f readings.

I can almost guarantee that your exhaust is cracked somewhere. Either the flex joints, donuts or the header is cracked where the 3 pipes go into 1.
All nytro headers crack at some point it seems. This would make your a/f ratio artificially high.
