i just insatalled a quadworks jet kit in my 06 660 grizz. i put in the 150 main and the new needle in number 4 clip and spring. Also it wanted me to change fuel screw to 2 1/2 turns out. Quite a job. Now it is a little goofy at low end pops and farts. i turned the fuel scre in to richen it up and seems a little better but was wondering on everyone elses setting for under 3000 feet. thanks

On my 660 I drilled 6 one inch holes in the air box lid, went up one size with the pilot, up two sizes on the main jet. I left the needle alone. Mine only pops when the air filter is really dirty. Cold starting was really improved with the pilot jet being bigger. I had a LRD Torque pipe on it when I did the changes. Since then the pipe fell apart and I am using the stock pipe and it still runs great, just not quite as much noise or power.
