question on fuel pressure on fuel pressure regulater

2005 rx1 w alpine front mount turbo, je pistons ,rods ,springs, anyone know what the fuel pressure should be set at. running 18 pounds. Should it be set at idle, 5-6 pounds fuel pressure? I cant remember

thanks guys, i am installing a fuel pressure gauge inline. from the regulater to carbs ? i have 2 lines. one line goes to feed the 2 carbs. the other line splites into 2 and 1 line feeds the other 2 carbs and then returns to fuel tank.install into return line or into the single line that feeds the 2 carbs? Does it matter?
