Hi guys trying to help a friend with his 2007 Rage GT. He was out riding and it lost power.
It starts and idles fine but after 1/4 throttle it acts like it has a miss and no power only gets up to 50mph. We put new plugs in no change then bypassed the tors no change. Any ideas that I can try.

This problem has come up ini recent past. I believe the issue is that one of the float bowls is running out of fuel. If this truly is the cause, then cleaning the carbs if the fix.

start with the carb clean and new fuel filters. might have a plugged filter starving it for gas.

Make sure your carb boots are on correct and tight and make sure the Air box cover is on correct. I had a branch slide up under my hood and poke a hole in the side of the air box . Never even noticed it with the hood off . I could not get the sled over 45 mph .
