I have a 03rx1 and I have a set of apex bars I'm putting on. I want to raise my bars 10-12" I need a riser, and adapter to get 10" of rise. I also need to know where to find a throttle cable, choke cable, and brake line long enough. I dont wanna spend a lot, because I don't have it. Is there anyone that could help me. If anyone has these for sale please pm me!!! Thanks a lot

Anyone??
Get hold of superman a site sponser and owner of Lake effect. He cant make you a riser that tall but that will be ape hangers on that thing. Plan on standing up on a set down sled alot? MTX cables and brake lines may work or High performance Eng has cable extensions and long brake line kits. If you want to rise it to Apex MTX height it may be cheaper to find a used riser and cable from those.

Don't limit yourself to stock Yamaha handlebars. Stack a set of aftermarket handlebars (2-6" rise) on top of a pivoting riser/pivot adapter to achieve whatever height you want. I just recently bought a set of Rox handlebars, with 6" rise, from Dennis Kirk for less than $40.00.
I know there are alot of throttle cable extensions being used out there, but personally I do not trust them. They're just a weak link IMO. If you cannot find a longer set of OEM cables from an MTX, call this company and they can build them:
HI-LEX Corporation 269-968-0781

Battle Creek, MI 49037
hi-lex.com
Also, you can have a custom length brake line manufactured.
