Re gearing

Afternoon fellas, I am considering regearing my 2016 Viper xtx se. I ride a lot of off trail/deep powder and looking for more bottom end torque rather than top end speed. Anyone done the same or could point me in the right direction?

XTX has 21/41 gears and the MTX has 21/49 gears. I have a basically new set of 21/49 gears with chain for sale if interested. will give you a lot more bottom end but will sacrifice the top also. still do 80 mph though lol
