So I finally got my turbo running the way it is suppose to but now I am getting more oil coming out of the exhaust when I am stuck. Today I was at about a 30 or 40 degree incline and got stuck. I let it run a little before I shut it down. W/in 30 seconds I could hear the oil start to cook. It took me about 10 mins to get unstuck. I then started it up and a cup of oil spewed out the back and started to come out the exhaust. It seemed to take some time for the oil to clean out.
I have changed the oil lined going into the tank so it drains better and have put the 50 jet in the supply line. What else have you guys done to keep the oil from draining out when you are stuck?
Thanks,
J.

I just went from an 85 to a 50 in mine. Sounds like the drag racers are running 35's in theirs. I'm going th run the 50 for a couple rides and see what happens first. I also have the same problem as you with the oil and getting stuck on a hill. Mine doesn't seem to do it quite as bad as yours though. Also curious as to what your at on jets. I'm still fighting with mine... its a stage 3 kit though. It came with 145's and I went down to 130's and that was lean, so now I'm going to try 135's... Lots of tinkering for a four stroke. My 2 stroke buddies are scared of turbos because of all the work I do on mine.

I feel your pain. I don't think Frostbite will ever get one after all the trouble I have had. The nice thing is it's starting to turn around for me. At least it is running better. That was my main issue but now I get to work on the oil problem. Never had it before. Murphy's law I guess. Sled is finally starting to run great so now the oil issue raises it's ugly head. Just my luck.
Jetting wise I am running between 3000 to 6000 ft. 132.5 MJ, 20 pilot, Fuel screw is at 1-3/4 turns out and pitot is plugged. This seemed perfect for me yesterday running 9 #'s or so. Air temps were mid 20's.
Now back to the oil issue. It seems like we need an oil catch tank in the back that will help catch the oil when stuck. Like the MC xpress kits have. I was thinking about turning the turbo but the return line angle seems about right when the sled is pointed uphill. Maybe a bigger return line will help???
I will be calling Justin at Full Power performance to see what they have done to remedy this issue.

Oil
Check the oild return line placement. You can turn the turbo housing do it ponts straight down or slightly backwards, that way the oil pump can take it away if stuck on an incline. Many bender kits had them pointed forward. Oil builds up over the seals and whalla big mess.
