I just bought my 03 RX1 and was wondering if there was any recalls ever done with the sled? And I know the rear suspention isn't the best on these things, but what is the best way to set it up for a heavier guy using what is there?

a rubber bumper to stop the hood from rubbing, and a rivet moved on the tunnel that was cutting the seat. these were not recalls, just updates. find a heavier spring or better yet an ohlins shock. in 03 the firecat stole the spotlite with 7032 recalls.

7032??? On 1 model in 1 one year? Really? That sounds crazy. Not saying ur wrong, just saying. With that many recalls on 1 sled why would anyone buy one again? Let alone the embarasement of producing it in the first place.

there is a write up in the tec pages on how to do it but basically you need to set the fra to middle and turn up the rear spring untill the transfer rods are set at 50/50 with you or equivilent weight buddy on the seat in riding position.
